I was very surprised to read all of the negative reviews. First of all, I am not part of the staff. I have lived at The Grand Reserve for the past 9 months and I love the place! I am on the 1st floor of a "pet free" building overlooking the pond & fountain. It is so peaceful! I have not had any problems with the heat or air conditioning, although I know it is easier to keep the temperature even in a ranch than a two-story, especially if it has an open loft. As far as listening to the maintenance crews...I don't care what field they are in..plumbing, electrical, painter, HVAC, etc., they always have something negative to say about the person who did the work before them! They can go on and on with their horror stories about what is wrong. It's the nature of their business. Look for the positives! You can always find someone on the grounds either mowing or raking or shoveling snow. They are right on top of keeping the property beautiful!
