I recently moved to Grand Reserve (after living in Four Lakes for a year) and I love it! Big one bedroom, one bath unit on a ground floor and it's the perfect size for me and my dog, Harley. Clean, fresh paint, carpet/floors in great condition. On move-in day my refrigerator wasn't keeping food cold. Lindsey and Jorge in the leasing/maintenance office not only brought in a new fridge... they refunded me money for the food that was spoiled. I am not sure I love the electric company they require you to go with though-- they charged me a $150 deposit. :/
