looks nice on the outside......

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
It is truly an aweful place to live. The people running it are total jerks, and are no help to the tenents problems. Maintainence is also a horror. From telling tenents to "do it themselves, and stop crying about it", to doing a half-ass job, this is no place to feel comfortable.
