I have lived here for many years and have seen a big improvement. The maintenance here is really good and very helpful. They get things fixed and go over and above. Jim comes out at night if needed and never complains. The office staff is very helpful. Stephanie is very friendly and helpful. She always has a smile on her face and greets us all very warmly. Judi who is asst. general manager there goes out of her way to do things for tenants. I saw her out in the cold one day going all over and spreading salt on the ice on the sidewalks. There are times we will see her walking around and checking things at night, I have seen her help people carry in groceries, and she stops and talks to everyone she sees. When you go into the office to talk to her about a problem, you know she is listening to you and the problem gets taken care of. She lives on the property and tells people if you need something, just let me know. So if you want to change to another apartment complex, check this place out first. It will be the last one. We were going to move out at the end of our lease but after seeing what has happened here in the last 5 months, we will be renewing our lease.
