As a renter there are always going to be some things that don't meet a renters own personal standards, however, Waterford Greens is the best complex I have ever lived at thus far.
The first thing that caught my attention was the price, I think you get alot of bang for your buck here.
Secondly, the staff is great. The leasing agents are always helpful and the maintenence men always make a quick showing when something needs to be repaired. Judi(leasing agent/office manager) will bend over backwards to insure that all is well with you and your apartment.
After moving in, I have found this apt. complex to be one of the quietest I have ever heard. And if there are problems with the noise, Judi again will do everything in her power to see that the people making the noise are handled in an efficient and timely manner.
Granted, this complex is in Naperville, but even late at night, I feel safe walking my dog around here. I have not seen or heard of any type of vandalism taking place while I have been here.
For being a smaller complex, Waterford does have a fairly nice fitness center. The machines are great however I would like to see a T.V. or two put in to the room and perhaps the jungle gym in the center of the room replaced. The indoor pool and hot tub are great during the winter months or on colder summer days.
Waterford is also pet friendly and the complex requires the pet owners to clean up after their pets-which is GREAT. The ones who don't are even fined which I think is a great policy. Though I myself am a pet owner, I like being able to walk in the grass without having to look down :-)
All in all, I rate Waterford Greens very high on the list of apartments in the Naperville area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly place to live.
