We really enjoyed our residency at Waterford Greens and only moved because we bought a house. The people in the office are very friendly, do a good job, and will go out of their way for us. The maintenance gets the work done although they work long and hard. The exercise center is fantastic and we will miss that a lot. The people here are so friendly and some of them gave us housewarming gifts. If we had to go out of town, they watered our plants and watched our apartment.
The noise level is good here. If anyone get a little loud at night, it is taken care of immediately.
The apartment complex is so well lit we could walk our dog at any time night or day and felt very safe.
We recommend Waterford Greens very highly.
