After realizing I might have mold on my bathroom floor tile..My realizations were confirmed when the maintence man told me I do...Not only was this problem suppose to be fixed before my move in date of June 2004 and it is now December of 2004 and I am still dealing with the problem...This is not the only issue I have had with this apartment complex...Back in October my water heater started to leak and go bad...which this can happen over years of use...They did install a new water heater..But failed to install it properly...It only took them over 3 weeks to come back and paint and fix all the damages that occured during the installation...There was damage to my bathroom ceiling, walls and door frame. As well as the Water heater sticking out of the cabinet due to poor installation. I also have a friend that I recommened to move in here back in August of 2004 that has not even received a copy of his leaase agreement as I know for a fact he has spoke with the office (Judi) numerous times and keeps getting the run around. I remind you all this is December of 2004. As tenants we are charged 25.00 a year to use the club house...The only bad thing for me is I work alot and I am unable to use these facilties as often as I would like but the few times I was able to use it and wanted to use it..I was not able to..Back in October the heatlh department was here and shut it down...Back in November it was down supposedly due to motors problems...As I recall the outdoor pool didn't even open up til mid July...Another reason I chose to move into this apartment complex was because it has a secured building...Little did I know, it would take over 2 months after I moved in for them to fix the door to the building so that non - residents couldn't enter the building. Inclusion, I feel if they can not keep up with the maintence they should hire more help. Thank you and check out all other apartment complexes before you decide to move here...
