I lived there for a year. While leaving, they deducted a huge amount from deposit without giving any reasons. I contacted the lady twice, but she just wouldn't give the details.

I agree with this person. When I moved in the carpets were stained apartment was dirty and they just handed me my move in sheet told me fill it our and bring it back. Then when I moved out I was charged for the carpet. They would not even speak to me. Even when I came to look at the apartment I was handed keys and told to leave my license and go look at it by myself. Great customer service.I guess that is what you get when you move to a place that is cheap and ran by people who do not know what there doing. I have made a complaint with Fair Housing and attorney general.. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH CRIMINALS. I AM NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT THE OFFICE BUT THE PEOPLE IN THE PROPERTY..

State law requires documentation in writing if any part of your deposit is withheld. Take them to small claims court.
