We have lived here for four years and so far we like it. We first lived in a one bedroom and then moved to a townhouse one bedroom. So far any complaints we have had have been taken care of immediately unless they were out of the hands of the management (i.e. power outages and such). We are looking to move to a two bedroom and are interested to see if we will be charged for some things that were not our fault (water heater leaked and stained the wall and carpet, door to laundry area was removed for that as well and not replaced). We are a little sad that the inside pool has only office hours and we are often not home by 6 so therefore cannot use it except on weekends. Office staff has always been helpful to us. Any noise complaints we have had have been take care of. The only bad thing we have had was a rude neighbor who would bang on our walls if our dogs barked instead of talking to us. Also, though we are encouraged to plant flowers, everytime i have attempted this, the groundskeepers have mowed over them consistently. I even put up a little fence and the groundskeepers mowed over that as well. Overall we love the location, the gym, the pool (when it's open) everything. We would recommend this complex to anyone who asked!
