My wife and I chose this apartment complex with our family because we were able to take the kids to the pool after we got off work. Then one day we go over, and lo and behold it is closed at 6 PM. My kids were broken hearted. We usually go over two or three nights a week. Sundays are the only day that both my wife and I are home and we spend the morning in church, go home and cook a nice dinner and by the time that is all done, the pool is closed at 5 PM. I do not mind paying the club house fee, but I do complain that we are paying for it and not being able to use the pool. Now I know last year the outside pool was not open until late, but there were repairs last year that were unexpected and it took a long time to finish it up. This year I hope there are no excuses. But I do know that next year, we are not renewing our lease. We are looking for a place that we can enjoy doing things in the evening as a family. Oh, by the way...office staff is really good. 2 br townhomes are really nice and people here are very friendly. We have complained about the pool to office and they sympathize but we know they can do nothing.
