I was looking for an apartment in Naperville and came accross Waterford Greens. On my break at work I mentioned the apartments to my co-workers and several said they had lived there at one time or another (or knew someone that had) and they advised me not to rent from them. I had toured the property with a lady that seemed kind of weird and the apartments seemed okay, but older and not kept up very well. Then I noticed some unsightly junk outside one of the townhouses. It turns out that the gross apartment was actually occupied by the maintenance man. I was told by a co-worker that the maintenance man would enter their apartment while they were at work and take their personal belongings. This scared me and I chose not to rent from Waterford Greens.
