I was a resident of Waterford Green for an year and half till January 2005. When I moved out they faked damage and cleaning charges worth $650. They even cleaned Fire Place which didn't even exist in my unit. I protested and they let go of the charge but kept my security deposit. They even sent me a letter stating that. I gave up the matter. Now almost after more than one year I have received a collection notice. This can happen to any of you. Lets fight this scam togather. My email is patnawala@netscape.net if you want to contact me.

I am in the same situation as you. they pulled they same outrageous charges on me. what you can do is file a complaint with the Bereau of Better Business. www.bbb.org and also file a complaint with illinois attorney general office http://www.ag.state.il.us/consumers/
