I am in the same situation as others. I was a tenant there for 15 mos. They nailed me with outrageous move out charges without legible documented proof. What you can do is file a complaint with the Bereau of Better Business. www.bbb.org and also file a complaint with illinois attorney general office http://www.ag.state.il.us/consumers/

You can also sue them, since Illinois law states that your deposit must be returned within 30 days of your move-out if they do not provide documentation.
