Hi I live here also at Waterford Greens. Yes, I have a problem with things here. It is not a perfect place, but the people here are nice and helpful. Yes, I may have had to wait for maintenance to get in to fix something, but not for long. And sometimes I have had to wait to pick up a package because the office was already closed when I got off work, but I knew that when I did go in and pick it up it would be there and safe. the people in the office are always polite and try to help. but let's face it. show me a place that is totally perfect with no problems and I will call that place Heaven. Otherwise, I am planning on renewing my lease although I don't like that it is going up, but then I was not happy that the gas prices went up either and can't do a thing about that.
