While I have no complaint against Judy, who is a pretty cool person, the folks who run this place are a bunch of dishonset thieves. I feel sorry for her as she has to work for these cads.

We just recently moved out and they charged us for items that were just plain lies. One of the more rediculous charge...$25 to clean the supposedly dirty fireplace. One has to ask, how does a fake gas fireplace get dirty' My girlfriend spent the day cleaning up, so the charges for a dirty fridge, stove, and other appliances was nothing more that a crock. They say they have pictures...I doubt they are even of our apt. They charged for things like wall damage. Pretty odd since every nail hole was plastered up by myself. I even fixed some spots tht were damaged when we moved in. They even had the gall to charge us for the repair of the dishwasher, which even after numerous attempts to fix, never worked right and the grouting on the tile in the bathroom which was messed up when we moved in. The guy that came in to fix it did a horrible job and didn't even clean up after himself. We even caught the maintence staff just coming into the apartment without knocking. All I can say is that unless you are absolutely desperate and have the choice of either living here or being homeless...go somewhere else. They will try to rob you blind. I will be seeing them in court.

One other thing...they even had the gall to charge me for the pictures they took! go to http://www.ag.state.il.us/consumers/ and file a complaint with the Attorney general's office if you have had a similar bad expereince with these crooks.
