Aweful service and non-professional staff!

I have been renting for 16 straight years and I have never lived in a more unprofessional complex than Waterford Greens. The management staff is lazy and very unprofessional. Repairs take so long, that you will end up just not calling anymore!
The apartments are falling apart and when you move out, they charge you repairs that were broken when you moved in!
Avoid at all costs and don't let the lower than market rents fool you! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
