Scared to Death to Move Out !

I've lived here for a couple of years and the lease is up in the summer. I've read all of these reviews and am scared about moving out. It sounds like they can take as much of my money as they want and I'm powerless to stop it.
How do I get out of this mess without ending up poorer than I am now'
thanks!

If you are interested in learning about or enforcing your Illinois security deposit and tenants' rights, visit www.depositlaw.com, or contact Attorney Mark Silverman at mark@depositlaw.com

Call Dupage County regarding your rights as a tenant. Waterford Greens has 30 days to give you a letter explaining why you are not getting your security deposit back and they always miss this deadline!! If you do not get the paperwork from them within 45 days delivered to your new residence then by the IL state law you are not responsible for any "fees" by waterford greens and they are legally responsible for returning your full deposit. Trust me I went through HELL with them and Judy loves to LIE so ask for the management phone number above her and skip her all together. Good LUCK!!
