Ok in all fairness the apartment was ok. Not great but not awful. Layout was very cute, but fixing things was...shall we say...not the easiest thing in the world.

However, you won't see a penny of the desposit back. After numerous phone calls, all of which were very rudely handled by the staff who at one time had been very pleasant, I gave up.

So budget for that.
