I have lived here for about a year now, and unlike most of these other reviews I'm quite happy with Waterford Greens. I do agree that at first it was slightly unprofessinal, it took a ridiculously long time to see if me and my roomate had even been approved for the apartment, I think it was a little over 2 weeks, we almost looked somewhere else because we thought we must not have gotten it, I have never had it take more than 2 days, but it was right in Feb. when Judi had her stroke so papers were miss placed and yadda yadda, but when I moved it I was quite happy, I love the set up and thought it was decently maintained. I have had some maintenance problems but he has been out right away to fix them. I dont really need to joke around, nor do I want to when I go to pay rent, they say Hi and thank you and I do the same. I dont care if my packages are on a shelf....they would be sitting on the front porch outside if they didnt take them, they're in a box for god sakes who cares' I have been "late" meaning paid my rent on the second instead of the first and they always let me pay the discounted rate anyway. I keep to myself, if I need them they come out otherwise I leave it at that. I do however feel that the clientele is going down hill a bit even since I moved in under a year ago. I have read that the recieving of the deposit is next to impossible, but I was actually told that they were very particular about that when I moved it so me adn my roomate did a thourough run through and wrote down EVERYTHING, we'll clean up extra good when we move out adn see what it gets us. I think alot more people write when they have a negitive experiance rather than a positeve one. Im planning on moving into the one bedroom at the end of my lease. I hope this was helpful to some of you.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I've never had any problems, office staff has always been as friendly as I expect, etc. My only complaint is that things have been noisier outside lately, probably because of the slight drop in the quality of clientele. I've renewed my lease for a fourth year and don't have any intention of moving yet.
