I lived here for many years. In the past year it has been impossible to get things done. Jim, who is leaving, is the only one you can count on. He is gone. So now it will be worse. the office staff is very rude and uncaring. the owner will never return phone calls and will just ignore it all. for a while it was decent. the yards looked good and everything. now it is a slummy place. and the rent went way up. they have no good specials like other places and say it is because these are luxury townhouses. Luxury my a**. I have been here for 8 years and my washer isn't that good, takes forever to get clothes dry, air sucks, and the way they plow in winter is something else. my carpets should be replaced, my bathroom tiles are so bad it is not funny. They are now taking riff raff in here. this is my last year. Im sick of this place. Have been looking around. Next door has good specials. and looks good.

I think I may have to start agreeing here. I've noticed drug deals going on in the parking lot fairly recently. They are letting "kids" in that have absolutely NO respect for everyone else around them, NO ONE picks up after their pets, trash thrown about and never picked up by staff. Late night runs through the parking lot by younger adults with the stereo at earsplitting volumes. The rent has gone up. The service has gone down...and out the window. The amenities are questionable, due to poor servicing/replacement...but they want more money. The grounds upkeep is atrocious. Try to make the rental office look nice, and let the weeds grow outside the apartments. I too have been here for years-and I am truly questioning the worth of this place now that it seems they will just take rentals from anyone willing to give up the cash, rather than screening them a bit better and/or policing their properties a bit better to prevent the riff-raff from kicking up their heels free and easy like they have been in the last year or so.

Notice that most of the positive comments are done anonymopusly? How much do you want to bet that thy are posted by the owner or by the staff atthe behest of the owner? There was a lawsuit agaisnt them for violating ste laws and for fabricating damage charges when people move out. Anyone hear what happened witht hat? Eric
