I have relatives in local law enforcement that are ALWAYs parked out here now. They have had the Naperville city crews out checking for people growing pot by swapping out electric meters to new digital meters for some units. Hmm I don't think I am staying here much longer. I have a small child that I would like to live in a town that isn't known as "the hood" or as "projects". Many new tennants cannot have had a backbround check, as there are streams of cars "bumping" at all hours.

Grounds have been destroyed by pet waste. parking during the school year is HORRIBLE as the local high school students park all along any road they can. These kids also leave a bunch of trash every afternoon. These high school kids also seem to like to greet some of our local residents on a regular basis for, um, drugs I would guess.

The staff has no idea about how to run a rental community. The turn-over is high in the office. It is true that maitanence comes out when you need them, but if you complain about noise, pet waste, the condition of the pools ect, you get the run around. Small dogs are allowed, but you see Pitbulls, rots, giant shepards and breeds banned in the leases. The only good thing about these dogs is that they keep the geese at bay in the spring and fall, the bad thing is they are too often running loose and pooping on the sidewalks.

There are MANY fake good reviews here from about 2003. I would not have moved in if I had realized this.

These are FAR from luxury apartments. I am in a 1 bedroom "townhouse". The windows leak badly summer and winter. Hot water is sometimes lacking in the morning. You can hear every TV and voice from every neighbor. Neighbors with dogs and birds are very annoying. Weekends bring many visitors and/or "customers", parking gets bad where you have to hike it to your builing. Some people with work trucks and vans have had break-ins. Garbage needs to be picked up more than once a week. Beer bottles and baby diapers over-flow the little dumpsters after the weekend.

There is a work-out room and large showers in there. There's an indoor and outdoor pool and an indoor spa tub. These used to be nice and cleanly kept up. I have not been over there for a while, as you cannot get in most of the time.

I must say that I no longer feel safe in the evenings going out and about in the parking lots. I used to jog and bike around the area, but the crowds have become "creepy" and these people speeding around the corners, music blasting, on thier cell phones don't look for kids on tricycles.

Looking around at my side if the building, currently 4 units are open, myself and another renter are getting out. We have a bet to see if we get our deposits back. The looser has to live here another year. Yep, you'd have to be a looser to live here another year.

Oh, I almost forgot. Check with the online sex offender list. how can these guys live so close to a school'

Wow where is this person living???? All lies just come see for yourself- perhaps it's the apartment complex next door posting this?? I wonder....

You make a claim that there are sex offenders living on this property and invite us to check this out..well I did. And I also contacted the Naperville police to make sure the list is up to date. There are NO registered sex offenders living anywhere on this property, or the two apartment complexes on either side. Because of the High School, and the day care facility located at Ogden Ave. and Benedetti Dr., living in this area would be a violation. So it sheds a real doubt as to how accurate the rest of your review is. And the fact you posted this review anonymously also lends doubt as to whether you actually ever lived here.
