We sent a letter to the management company because of an argument we had with the on site manager at the office, and they didn t even care! The manager hung up the phone on us when we tried to get an answer, he said he was too busy and in a meeting, that he would call us back and never did! STAY AWAY, there are way better apartments to rent in Naperville, for the same price and free of drug dealers, thieves, and racist management staff. DON T LIVE HERE

Yet another satisfied customer I see hehehe... I got a letter in the mail a few weeks ago in regards to the class action lawsuit against them for violating state laws and other offenses.

Trust me considering the various races that live in these apartments...the staff Kathy,Julie,Lee and Jan are far from racist. If they were there wouldn't be such a mixture of people in this complex. It's like the rainbow colony here. I'm kind of curious as too who started the argument and what was it about? Because I have never seen either Julie nor Kathy raised there voice or argue with a tennant. I really don't see them getting mad...ever time I see them when dropping off my rent or picking up a package they seem so happy and jolly. Can you share your letter?

I currently live here at Waterford Green Apartments and I am one of many tenents that received a check for $200.00 in agreement not to join a past tenent in a law suit she had against Waterford Green Apartments due to not receiving the interest off of her security deposit every year when she had signed another lease. It is a IL state law that you receive the interest on the security deposit. I also am a tenent that has been hung up on by Kathy...Don't be fooled by alot of the comments on here...

As I said in response to another review: It should be obvious to any resident that management doesn't discriminate here. Have you seen the number of black kids skateboarding, riding their bikes recklessly around the parking lot, throwing basketballs and footballs at cars, and yelling until way past sunset? It's also hard to miss the motorcycles and pickup trucks with loud, illegally modified exhaust. I miss when this complex used to be quiet.

Really I had no problems with Kathy.. This is also funny because.. I have black, and pink hair. I dress "goth" with many tattoos and body piercings. My husband wears sleeveless metal T-Shirts. He has long hair and tons of tattoos. Nobody was discriminatory towards us. I'm sure if the management was discriminatory they wouldn't have let us rent from them.

To the woman who wrote about the color of her hair - the difference with you and your husband is, you're not disrespecting other people's property. You're not using other people's cars as your "bench," or lighting firecrackers in the dumpsters. I don't believe for a minute the management is discriminatory. What I think they lack is good judgement when many of us have raised our concerns without any results.
