I have a read some pretty negative and downright mean-spirited reviews here. My wife and I have no idea where some of these come from, but we have loved living here the past two years. The rent is reasonable given the location, and the apartments are pretty nice. The maintenance crew is short-handed, but they are competent and pretty timely. The staff even helped me get a baby bird back into its nest (fell out during a storm) about two stories up. They are always curteous. The manager has been extremely helpful to us from day one. She went out of her way to really find us an apartment, and we bugged her all the time with questions, and she didn't care. Since we have been living here, the manager and staff have been very accomodating. The grounds themselves are above average, and well kept. Parking seems to be ample for the most part, although it can be a little tight in our building. Regardless, this is minor, and we highly recommend this complex, and have already had a friend move in on our recommendation. Take a look at the place and speak with the manager before making a decision based on the negative reviews, you'll be happy you did.

Grounds kept up nice??...Are you kidding me???...Sure you don't live next door at Windscape Village?...Now there is a place that keeps up there landscaping well. A friend of mine lives in building 8 and she had no grass infront of her building for 3 years..Nothing but mud.

in certain areas we did have grass but we also had mud. The little boy that lived on the first floor made sure he drug it in to the hallway any chance he had which in turn meant you brought that into the apartment or your car. Ever since they dug up the area in front of the door by the parking lot we had nothing but mud.
