Its a Good Place. Yah the Management is not the Greatest, but honestly we have not needed them too too much. The day we moved in the Garbage Disposal was broken. It only took them about an hour from our call to fix it. I don't know if that was because We were new tenents or what but it did not take long. Our Neighbors are really nice. We actually get together on a regular basis. I like that we can have a grill (we have 2) And I have never seen drug deals or a TON of police activity. The two bad things about the place is the We can enter your apartment whenever we want. Blah. I do not trust strangers in my house. and YES they are still strangers. Who knows if they will walk in and not take their shoes off and then there goes my deposit. I also HATE that the Kids in the area think that this is THEIR Playground. I have been told More than once to WATCHOUT or get out of the way but a roudy kid on a bike or skateboard. I have tried to figure out which apartment these kids live in to go complain to their parents but THEY NEVER GO HOME. Its also Frustrating that the indoor pool was out most of winter and now the Out door pool is out and the Hot Tub is never working. But I love having a two story apartment. I like being able to plant flowers and to grill and have relationships with neighbors. The rent is not too too Heafty its doable. I'd like for them to provide the Gas and electric also haha. I ALSO WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO GET A DIFFERENT CABLE PERSON THAN COMCAST.. LIKE WOW OR DISH DIG> I cannot stand Comcast. We can't get the reg dish cause we dont have a south facing wall. Anyways I like it here we just signed our new lease. oh yah the other thing I had to trim my bushes back because they were completely covering our door we had to walk through bushes to get inside. but it took two minutes

The above review is accurate and fair. As of this post the outdoor pool is still empty except for the ducks that enjoy the shallow water as a pond. I love the neighborhood feel to the place as well as being able to garden. The grounds are quite nice but the trees and bushes are neglected. I'm constantly ducking low branches, many which are dead. The low branches when in bloom create blind spots - not good when your driving or walking a dog. The rent for Naperville is very reasonable. And I love having two stories. It doesn't feel like I'm living in a tall "cold" apartment. I just wish management (not Kathy or Julie, they're great) would care more about the outdated and sometimes dangerous building issues. There are no speed bumps, accessing the sidewalks between the buildings means having to go around cars that pull right up to the curb (same with the mailboxes). The hot water heater is far too small for a two-bath apartment. These are things that could easily be changed by management, but I doubt that will ever happen. All in all? I've been happy here. It really does feel like a neighborhood community. I have great neighbors and Kathy has taken strong steps to keep the riff-raff out.
