Maintenence is challenging sometimes due to lack of full-time employees. Our maintenence, Mike, is on top of things but many times is unaware of problems due to lack of communication between him and his supervisor.

Neighborhood can be rough but if you keep to yourself you will be fine. Our building got along well. Neighbors are respectable and friendly.

Unaware of pet policy due to not owning any pets.

Management understanding of "difficult situations" and leaniant when it comes to paying rent on time. Referral fee (like other properties.)

Security deposit depends upon credit. For example with our poor credit we had to put down $300 security deposit and pay 1st and last months rent.

Spacious closets, plenty of room, new carpet, dishwasher, cable accessible in all rooms. Phone jacks plentiful. Laundry at lower level but not recommended. AC provided but only for front room area. Framed opening for a wall mounted AC unit in master bedroom.
