They charge you $250 if you move out before 24 months!! The reason it's only good for one year is because they raise the rent $80 every year! There are plenty of beautiful, spacious, affordable aparments in Naperville. Once they raise the rent, this complex looses it's advantage. It attracts the lower income family's, and after one year, it's just as affordable to rent from a different complex that offers many more amenities. This comples offers none. Response time is HORRIBLE for repairs. Only 2 washers ($1.25) and 2 dryers ($1) per building, which houses 12 apartments. One washer and one dryer in my building doesn't even work. I only recommend this complex if you are looking to save money for one year. That's it's only attraction.
