If you like hearing kids scream & run through the halls day & night, this place Is for you. Poor management as manager chooses not to enforce building rules such as no children allowed In halls making noise & outside doors are not allowed to be proped open. She issues warning letters & offenders Ignore them. This Is supposed to be a security building where tenants have a key to outside doors In order to get In & doors are usually open. Noise Is a BIG problem here as you can hear the neighbors through the walls very clearly. Hallways are usually dirty due to children always playing In halls. Paint chips all over carpet In hallways due to children picking It off walls. Maintence was very good, but unless it's an emergency you will wait for something to be fixed as they only have part time maintanence.
Bikes are not allowed to be stored In hallways for fire hazard reasons & yet they are sometimes found In middle blocking hallway & ALWAYS under the stairs. Can't make coffee & run microwave at the same time as It trips the circuit breaker. There were two pedophiles that lived In the neighborhood & this can be confirmed by looking It up on the Internet. There are two washers & two dryers downstairs but don't recommend It as they sometimes don't work & manager does not refund money. Overall, not worth the aggravation.
