We moved out because of the following:

1. Teenagers who did not live there using the club house and causing problems. Management did nothing even after the police were called on several occasions. This continued to happen for 2 years. We stopped reporting because nothing would be done.

2. Boys walking into the women's rest room at the club house.

3. Waited 4 months to have the hall closet fixed. Apparently the paper work was lost every month I notified them that I need the closet rack fixed.

4. Property Manager is unfriendly and not very helpful

5. Weight equipment always broken, missing pins. The TV always missing a remote and the ON botton broken so you could turn it on manually.

5. Hot tub not hot most of the time

We'd moved into this place do to the fact that they had emenities. We did our job since we were paying for this place to notify management and have them do something about fixing up the place. Unfortunately, they did not do their job so we left and found a better place.
