We first had a 1 bedroom here and it was ok other than the fact the walls are paper thin. Then we moved into a 2 bedroom and it was all downhill from there. It took 5 calls for them to come and fix our smoke detectors, management lost our rent check one month and tried to evict us. We caught some teenagers stealing our porch chairs and management said there was nothing they could do since it was public property. It took over a year of complaints for them to fix a leaky sewer pipe, then another month for them to fix the mailbox they had to rip out of the group to fix the pipe. They still have not cleaned up the mess from that construction, which was over 3 months ago. They do nothing about the teenagers that go to the nearby highschool and park their cars in the already overfilled parking lots. They say they will tow, but they never have. They are always rude when you call, no matter what reason you are calling for. Whenever I see someone moving in, I want to tell them to turn right around and go rip up the paperwork they just signed. The walls are so thin, every time I cough the guy next door bangs on the wall. This place is the ghetto of Naperville, we cannot wait until our lease is up!
