AS far as amenities and quality/condition of the facilities...I say you get what you pay for, which generally isn't much at this place.

Attitude and helpfulness of the management is inexcusable. My story: I was out of town and requested ONE extra grace day to pay my rent. This was granted over ther phone. I was careful to give my apt. number, name and phone number for ID. Upon returning, I was told my rent check would not be accpeted without a late payment. I was dealing with the property manager. Her attitude was blunt , rude, and completely unacceptable.
