After living here for one year, we are happy to say that we are moving on for good. The apartment we are in is falling apart and maint. and management have done nothing to make it better. The managemnt is rude and unfriendly and I question their integrity. Anytime we have called the office, no message was ever taken down correctly and they never seem to get back to you. Maintenence is a complete joke and the people they have working for them are morons. This is hands down the worst place we have lived. I look forward to moving and not having to deal with these on going problems anymore. If you are looking for an apartment, LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! Customer service should be their number one priority and unfortunately it is NOT. Perhaps the management and owners can learn something from all these negative comments. If it was just one person I could understand, but not the whole community complaining. Hope in the future that you guys get your act together and stop being so stinking rude to your tenants. Overall, they could use a completely new staff, especially a new manager.
