Overall not a bad place to live. It's relatively quite. Several issues why I moved out.

1. Property manager is awful to deal with. As stated in someone else's review, the property manager is just a rude person who makes everyone I know who lives there feel unimportant. In my years at this complex, I've never had as much as a smile and a kind word from her. I feel as if I'm an inconvience whenever I go to the office. The rest of the staff is generally a pleasure.

2. Parking lot - Awful awful potholes. I've never seen anything like it. No response when asked when they will be fixed. Been there for the years I lived there.

3. No satellite dishes allowed.

4. Noisy water pipes, thin floors and ceilings, antiquated washer/dryer/dishwasher

5. Maintainence has never followed up on work orders they said they'd get back to me on.

6. No longer priced competively. AND made me pay for water when I renewed my lease.

These are the reasons I moved out.
