Good location for the price. Watch out for the maintence staff.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Generally a decent place to live. Majority of neighboors are nice, indoor pool, reasonable rents, and walking distance to the train station. Property manager is rude and doesn't care, though rest of office is nice. Maintence staff is poorly trained and maintence manager is rude and also doesn't care. We had a carbon monoxide leak, maintence came and said everything was fine. Luckily we didn't believe them and called the fire department. Parking lot does need to be repaved.
