I was unhappy at first. Management and staff were rude on the phone when I called to complain about items that needed fixing, inside and out of the apartment. I was treated as if I was the problem and was argued with frequently. I only renewed my lease out of convenience because this is an inexpensive place to live and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. After talking to my neighbors, it sounds like this is a common problem at Windscape Village. However, over time, my confidence has lifted on Windscapes customer service and maintenance. They have become punctual on maintenance complaints and the staff has become friendlier. It shouldnt take two years to finally make a breakthrough and I think it would be a good idea to send out a survey every year, or six months or every quarter to find out the satisfactory of your company and services, etc. I have moved from unhappy to unsure about Windscape Village.
