Naperville is a great place to live! Unfortunately, Windscape Village is not. The management team there don't give a crap about your issues with your unit. I've had numerous maintenance problems from leaking water pipes, to broken down appliances, to invasions by ants and other bugs. Their whole attitude was as if I was inconveniencing them with my request to fix the problems. I don't pay about $1000/mo in rent to live with these kinds of problems. They all were eventually fixed, albeit within a couple weeks time after calling numerous times.
If you're a college student fresh out of high school,want to live with some friends and have parties - this is the place for you. Otherwise, if you're like me, and want to live in a peaceful community, this is definitely NOT the place for you! This place seems more like a dorm or college houseing facility than anything. I've had to call the police a few times regarding loud parties going late into the night in the unit above mine - or outside on the balcony or in the parking lot!
NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MATURE RENTERS!!!

I totally agree with you.....I have had bug problems last summer and now this summer. The carpenter ant that are nasty. I am moving soon so am glad for that. You think they would spray before this coming Friday and get rid of them before the problems start. GROSS! I only have one good thing to say and that Kim in the office is good. She has been the only one that I think has been super helpful!
