If you have communication talents, may be
it is ok for you to stay here. However, if you
consider moving in this place, be prepared to
fight. They treat you like if they expect you
to fight. Once I forgot to pay my rent in time. I never had problems with that, I was never late before. OK, I agree to pay the late fee (although it's huge), and you think that's it.
But they dumped on me the whole power of
intimidations as if I barricaded my door and
prepared to defence my unpaid place with the rifle. This is just funny and demonstrates they expect no good from you. The real bad thing
they did for me is my express mails. The DHL or FEDEX drivers normally don't bother to deliver packages right to your place, they take them to the rental office. What happens then is this package will stay there forever until
you find it yourself with lots of curses.
When I complained, they suggested they do not accept those deliveries. That would be fine, but it turns out they deliberately lie to the drivers to have them send the package back instead of trying to get it to me. Some BS like "incorrect address". I lost several urgent deliveries, this time I am about to lose a lot of money.
