While out of town a hot water tank in the apartment above mine burst and the maintenance staff did not even bother to check my apartment for water damage.When the maintenance staff was notified they came in and visually inspected everything but neglected to see the light cover full of water in the laundry room.Then half the electrical in the kitchen went out. Moving out-make--sure you give proper notice or you will be charged pro-rated rent until for the forty-five days you didn't even if your lease is up. The amenities of this place are great but the service and lease are extremely shady

I have been viewing this website repeatedly for the last week. I am surprised to hear all of these negative comments because I thought this was a nice place to live as far as the apartment goes. I moved in a month ago today, and still yet to have anything fixed. Oh excuse me they tightened my outlet in the bathroom and painted over the rust and grime on the vent in the bathroom. I see there are mixed responses, some good some bad. The bad is always going to outweigh the good. I am very dissatisfed with my apartment due to the fact that I was so excited about moving in here. I can honestly say that no matter how much you talk to the management, unfortunately nothing happens and if it does, the response time is so long, you forget you called. Gayle is not professional and does not seem to take an interest in your concerns. Kim acts like you are bothering her, but tries to do the right thing. Stephanie seems like she cares and understands that it isn't acceptable. So i understand that some people are satisfied with their living arrangements, but don't knock others for feeling the opposite. Sad to say, I think the apartment is reasonable for the price and size, just the problems one may encounter isn't. I am willing to almost pay the 2,000 bucks it will cost me to move out, I am deathly terrified of the bugs and ants people keep talking about, and I am truly disappointed. I probably could type all day, but I wanted to say I am in the process of complaining and will try my best to keep going until this is resolved. Please make sure you write letters, phone calls, and document everything. It can be done with more than one person. Don't let Windscape Village apartments get over on you. They want you to pay the rent on time, well dammit they can fix stuff on time and give quality serivce.
