This community was far better under the old management. I have had several problems with my apartment (including problems with the apt. itself as well as and some of the neighbors) and to date, NOTHING has been done about any of it. These apartments are WAY over-priced and not liveable. Having done research on, and complaining to, the management company that owns Windscape, it appears that they don't care either. The Better Business Bureau of Dallas (where the parent company is located) rates them an F for not responding to residents' complaints. Big surprise.
I can't wait to move OUT of this dump and into a community where people care.

I had the same problem when I lived there...the living room window feel out and almost hit my son. The did let me out of my lease. I now live in much nicer apartments for less than what I was paying in Aurora. They really care here and they take care of any problems within 24 hours of the time I report it. Windscape Sucks.
