I lived in Briarwood Luxury Apartments for 1.5 years. They were wonderful as long as I lived here. Donna was helpful and took good care of the area.

We did have occasional problems with neighbors making a lot of noise, but she took care of it.

However, when I left the apartment, they did not return my deposit. They also did not send meany explanation or letter of explanation as required by the state. I have tried calling their office numerous times; they initially told me it was an accounting problem and now they've stopped answering the phone or returning my calls. I called their main property management and they put me onto a voice mail of some person who is never present and who never returns calls. It looks like a big scam and I would strongly recommend to not consider this apartment if you wish to get your deposit back after your stay.
