Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I would say that my 2 years here has been a mostly positive experience. There were some problems a few months ago, but new management and some eviction notices took care of that. The new manager is very helpful and courteous and maintenance is great. The apartments are rather nice and comfortable. Although the price is a little high, I have no real complaints.
