Hopefully you will feel the same way when you get your electric bills this winter. They told us we would only have to pay around $30 a month. NOT! It was more like $100 each. There 2 of us. Maybe the high electric bills were because the roof leaked most of the time we lived there and they refused to fix it...or couldn't find the time. I will agree that having a washer and dryer in the unit was convenient, but not sure it out weighed the high electric bills. I felt we were not told the truth.
