After seeing these reviews I am shocked. I have stayed at College Station Apartments for the past 2 years and have loved it ever since.
First, the people who work in the office are very friendly, and have helped me with any questions that I have had. They really go above and beyond for their tenants. I would often just pop in to say hi, and they would always recognize me by name which made me feel like they took the time to get to know their tenants. There has to be at least 500 of us out here.
The maintenance is awesome. I used to live at First Site and it took them 2-3 weeks to fix something, here at College Station there was always a 24 hour turnaround time on them fixing any request I had. They also do a great job of making the complex look very nice, there is never any trash laying around.
While at College Station, they provided us with new Furniture, which is much better than the last stuff we had.
They also made their Business Center accessible 24 hours a day which is really nice if you need to print something at night.
Also, they put a tanning bed in their office for their tenants to use. And even added a sand volleyball court.
I was happy with my apartment before, now I won't live anywhere else.
They really have made the place a nice place for students to live in, and I love the fact that I have my own bathroom and washer and dryer in my apartment.
Thank you College Station. I fully recommend this place to any person interested in student apartments.
