I have just signed on for my 2nd year @ College Station. They have amazing service & excellent rates if you want to extend ur cable past basic! They have switched to parking permits which has been helpful so that tons of people from dorms aren't parking in the spaces for free. The office staff is friendly & helpful. The model apartments are awesome & decorated very age appropriate. I love how they enjoy taking care of their tenants & continue to do so. Plus they have the best prices in town!

Why would a resident care about how the model units are decorated? Something smells rotten

if a model doesnt look good why would any1 want to sign out there? duh. the apartment complex also just had an awesome pool party to & gave all us tenants & food & live entertainment. sweet!
