I recently went and looked at some apartments at Fairview Ridge. I could not believe that she showed me an apartment in such bad shape!! She told me that it was their model apartment but there were dead ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Plus they were just not clean at all. Not only that but when i ask about crime and if it was safe and she told me yes, of course that is what i wanted to hear but when i went to Normal Police Department to get more info on the property i was dumbfounded! You would not believe how many burglary's and drug related crimes have gone on at that property in the last year! Definitely not a place to call safe. I just cannot believe how bad of shape that place is in! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING IN THE GHETTO
