Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
i have lived at fairview ridge apartments for a year now and it has not been pleasent. it is very noisey and it has way to many kids. the kids will stand in front of your door and yell talk. people drink booze out in the parking lot. its just really nasty. my car has also got scratched up and dented. the maintenence is good, they do fix things.
