This is my review of living at 606 S. Linden (Sugar Creek)....STAY AWAY. Much like all college renters First Site thinks that because we are college students they can do anything that they want to us, and that we won't do anything about it. When you call maintenance they are fairly prompt, but very messy and inconsistent with their repairs. They leave messes all over the place and don't fix things properly. We had to call maintenance like six times in a 12 month period for the same thing. My roommate and I paid $365 per son for a two bedroom, which is outrageous! When it comes times for the security deposit...don't hold your breath. First Site is infamous for not giving them! They make up lame charges...WARNING...when you move in make sure that you write down everything that is wrong with the apartment and everything that is in it! Make sure that it gets written down on the move in, and move out sheet! Overall I would say to stay away from First Site, and at that matter, any college renters. Go with a company that doesn't specialize in college renting.
