Lancaster heights wasn't a very good place to live when i first moved in. The staff was not taking their job seriously. About a month after i moved in there was a new property manager ever since things starting looking up. The maintence staff is excellent, very friendly and propmt to get things done. The only downfall that i can think of is the rent is jumping up another $60! $60 is a big jump. But Over all I would suggest to live there. It's a nice apartment and the staff is friendly

Ive read the review by tenants and im amazed. I was very interested in the apartments till i read the reviews,i have children too,i currently live on the west side of bloomington. I searched out lancaster heights for their safe area,only to find out its a east side getto,im disgusted. They seem to make it a dream place to live whenever i hear about it ,now i read this....wow. Ill take my chances on the west side if thats the case. best luck, Aaron Ashenbremer

it's no east side ghetto!! don't listen to some of these reviewers! i think they are the ones with the problems. every large apartment complex is going to have it's share of problems, but all in all, it's a good area for children. there are two security officers here now. the kids all seem to get along together. once in a while there might be a problem, but that will happen anywhere. supervise your children when they play and there won't be any problems.
