Not worth the new price

i have lived at lancaster for three years now. Originally I really liked the place, even when the raised the rent $55 a month. They pay for heat hear and gas had gone up considerably, so it was understandable. But now we have been bought out by a new company that wants to raise the rent between $200 and $280 a month. The staff at other apartment complexes have been more helpful in explaining my options than the staff at Lancaster. And in the past year neighbors have moved in that disregard the rules of the complex, and the present management does nothing about it. I was originally very satisified, but now very disapointed.
