I had lived at Lancaster Heights for seven years when, by good fortune, I was finally able to move into a house due to getting married. Do you think management would be happy for me' No, instead they wanted to suck as much money as possible out of me. I actually sought the advice of a property lawyer and when he read the lease, he was completely shocked and declared the lease 'illegal'.
The complex is beautiful. They have done many improvements to it over the past year or so. However, last November I had to go to a laundromat for 5 months before the washer in my building was fixed. On the outside, everything is wonderful. Inside, everything is a mess. When the litchen was replace, with a week, the sink was rusting. They use poor materials when fixing things.
I deal with a large number of people on a daily basis, but none as rude as the property manager at Lancaster.
If you are willing to pay the money for rent at this place, let me tell you, you can pay a mortgage on a house for less.
