I went on vacation and forgot to lock my door. I called the emergency number and the maintenance man took care of it for me and he even replaced a smoke detector that I did not know was chirping. It was nice to know that it was taken care of, I received a call back letting me know everything was ok. They have always been very helpful and friendly.

I have lived here for 3 years and go to the pool almost every weekend. I'm wondering if the issue with the kids stems fI have lived here for 3 years and go to the pool almost every weekend. I'm wondering if the issue with the kids stems from something else because I have not seen the kids at the pool. I walk my dog every night and stop at the playgrounds to chat with the kids, and they have never been rude or annoying to me,in fact, they are hardly ever there either. So I'm wondering what this post is really all about. As far as the manager being "gruff" I wouldnt know, I have seriously had not had to deal with her ever, I call in my work orders and they are taken care of in a timely manner so no complaints there either. hhmmmmmm..... rom something else because I have not seen the kids at the pool.
